She started opening up her own non profit organization as an Esports Org to adopt, train and manage aspiring mlbb players. She handled some players who are now in the pro scene without returns. Chris is a highly organized, dedicated, disciplined, and passionate person at work. He always looking for new ways to learn and improve players for their own goals in mobile games. He has also had the opportunity to create aspirant teams in MLBB community that focused on game skills like time management, teamwork, communication, mind gaming, leadership, and being goal-oriented. She worked as a Shout Caster at Risk Tournament , Dragon Pay , Unipin Ladies Series and Female Pro League. She was the former Team Manager of Z4 ESports FE , Digital Devils FE and Cerebrum Fatales. Aisha is an extremely talented and highly qualified individual that brings value to any company, business or organization she works with.

Lycan Esports' owner, Kyla Marie Bartido, is a businesswoman with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree. She has seven years of experience managing an Esports Team, and she has led her team to over a hundred victories.
